General School Rules


Every student must carry the Almanac to school every day and use it productively.

All students must attend the morning prayer without fail.

It is compulsory for every student to come to school in proper uniform.

When a teacher enters or leaves the class, students are expected to stand up and show due respect. Students should also develop the habit of greeting teachers whenever they meet them.

Students are permitted to bring only textbooks, notebooks, workbooks, and library books to school and classrooms.

English is the campus language. All students must communicate only in English while on campus.

Students are responsible for the safe custody of their belongings. All textbooks and notebooks must be neatly wrapped with brown covers and labeled.

Students should not leave the school campus once they enter, without the permission of the Principal.

Parents or guardians are not allowed to meet their wards or teachers during class hours without the written permission of the Principal.

Any communication, such as requests or complaints made by parents, should be addressed directly to the Principal and not to the class teachers

Attendance and Leave Rules

A minimum of 80% attendance is mandatory for promotion.

No leave or absence is granted except for valid reasons, which should be stated in the leave record provided in the diary and must be duly signed by a parent.

A fine of Rs. 10/- will be imposed on those who take leave on the re-opening day.

Leave for more than 3 days will only be granted upon producing a medical certificate.

Absence for 15 consecutive days will lead to the removal of the student from the roll

Discipline Guidelines

Students should behave courteously with others and avoid loud talking and shouting on the school campus.

Loitering, running around, and screaming in the classroom and veranda are strictly forbidden.

Any damage to school buildings, properties, and equipment will incur a penalty.

Scribbling on walls or furniture is strictly prohibited. Waste papers and fruit peels should be thrown into dustbins, not on the veranda or ground.

Irregular attendance, disobedience to teachers, cheating, or any serious misconduct that is objectionable to the school's good tone are valid reasons for the dismissal of a student.

Morning Assembly

The morning assembly will take place on weekdays from 8:50 AM to 9:00 AM.

Students should reach the open stage as soon as they arrive on the day of the scheduled assembly.

Students will have the opportunity to participate in the assembly on a class-wise rotational basis, based on various themes.

Library Rules

Students above grade IV are permitted to borrow books from the library.

Library books will be issued only if a student produces their school diary with complete information and a photo.

Lent books must be returned before the due time.

Admission and Withdrawal


Pupils who are newly admitted must be introduced personally by their parents or guardians, who will be responsible to the Principal.

Eligibility/Entrance Exams will be conducted for students before they are admitted to various classes.

Pupils coming from other schools must produce their Transfer Certificates.

Applications for Transfer Certificates should be made in writing and submitted to the Principal by the parent or guardian of the pupil. A minimum of three days' notice must be given for the issue of a Transfer Certificate.

Pupils leaving the school in the middle of the term must pay the fees for that term.

Once the payment is made, the amount will not be refunded for any reason.

School Uniform Rules


Students must take pride in their school uniform.

Students are expected to wear clean and tidy uniforms on all working days and adhere to the school dress code.

It is mandatory to wear the identity card on all working days.

All girls must tie their hair in two plaits with black ribbons.

Girls with short hair must wear a black headband and hairpins.

Students are not allowed to wear any form of jewelry, especially gold jewelry, such as bracelets, bangles, chains, rings, anklets, hairpins, etc.

A neatly trimmed hairstyle is mandatory for all boys. Applying gel and coloring of hair are strictly not allowed.


General Information

The academic year is divided into two terms as per CBSE guidelines. The first term is from April to September, and the second term is from October to March. Both terms are incorporated for the annual performance evaluation of the child.

The school functions from 8:45 AM to 3:50 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break from 12:30 PM to 1:10 PM.
